Who We Are
Bee Haven Animal Sanctuary is more than just a sanctuary for donkeys. It’s a place where they can feel safe and receive the care and attention they deserve. Our donkeys come from Texas kill pens, auctions, and local owner surrenders. Our mission is to provide these animals with a healing sanctuary, free from harm and the stress and challenges they’ve faced in the past. As a 501C-3 charitable organization, we are committed to providing the best possible care for our animals, while also educating the public on the importance of animal welfare.
Bee Haven Animal Sanctuary Visits
Looking for an educational and memorable animal encounter? Come visit us at Bee Haven Animal Sanctuary and spend time with our rescued donkeys and goats. Schedule a one hour visit through AirBnB Experience and learn about these animals' stories. Brush them, hear their stories, and enjoy the company of these wonderful animals. All proceeds from your visit go towards their feed and vet care.

Donkeys are fascinating creatures, with lifespans of up to 50 years. They form strong social bonds with other donkeys, and should never be kept alone.
